This was the second Friday night Nationwide race in as many weeks and the results were nearly identical. Joe Gibbs Racing found one of it’s Toyota Camry’s in Victory Lane on Friday night, but it wasn’t that of Denny Hamlin’s like last week in Richmond.

In fact, it was Kyle Busch in the No. 18 Z-Line Designs Toyota Camry, finally taming the Lady in Black and earning his first career Nationwide win at Darlington Raceway.

Busch has started in nine Nationwide races this season (2011) and has found his resting place in victory lane five times. The win is the 48th of Busch’s Nationwide career, putting him just one win away from tying Mark Martin’s all-time Nationwide wins record.

“Being within one of Mark’s win record — it’s special,” Busch said. “We’ll see when it happens, if it happens. Maybe some of you say it’s inevitable, but we just keep working our guts out and making sure we bring good race cars to the race track.”

Hamlin made it a one-two finish for Joe Gibbs Racing followed by Sadler, Allgaier and S. Wallace. Bowyer, Kahne, Sorenson, Leffler and Stenhouse Jr. rounded out the top ten.
